ooooooh my, where has the day gone????

Well, it's late afternoon and I have had such a lovely afternoon, reading wonderful blogs.  I have to stay focused and let you into my world. "LoriLand" it's a lovely place with lovely things too.  I am still celebrating Christmas in July which I love.  I have Christmas everyday but the lights are all on and cookies are baking.

gettting ready for christmas in july

It's the night before Christmas in July for the Circle of Bears......our teddy bear group that has been getting together for the past 20 years.  I love Christmas.....so I get to host.  I'm getting the deserts ready, and dinner will be catered by Olive Garden.  Looking forward to our gathering (as this may be my last Christmas in July in my house, probabbly  down sizing with in the year)  All my trees are up year round and it's fun to get to share with my friends.

A New Day......

My promise to me is to post regularly.  So, I am still looking for a job, still unemployed, 4 months already.  I have sent so many resumes on line, I love the internet, but I think I need a more personal approach.

Had to to take a little break and bake some cookies.  Getting ready for Christmas in July party next week and John's birthday party, this saturday.  Should be cleaning, but this is so much more fun.

And now back to decorating.  (This is a Christmas ball that I completed with the Grinch and wonderful krinkles.

Well, I established this blog so long ago, I forgot when and I haven't written a thing. Well that changes today. I have read so many wonderful blogs, with so many wonderful pictures, I forgot to be me. So...... now I can start sharing a little of me daily. I have been creating and cleaning out stuff and having a wonderful time, inspite of being unemployed. Hopefully that will be over soon, too.

Here's our new addition to our family, on the right "Amelia" ventimiglia , Teddy is getting along with her very well.
